  1. Operate MRI equipment and perform high-quality scans for patients in a safe and accurate manner.
  2. Maintain a thorough understanding of MRI procedures, protocols, and safety protocols.
  3. Prepare patients for MRI scans and provide clear and detailed instructions throughout the process.
  4. Monitor patients during scans and respond to any adverse reactions or changes in condition.
  5. Ensure proper positioning and use of equipment to obtain high-quality images.
  6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to accurately assess patient needs and provide appropriate care.
  7. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all MRI scans and patient information.
  8. Adhere to all safety and infection control policies and procedures.
  9. Provide excellent patient care by demonstrating compassion, empathy, and a patient-centered approach.
  10. Continuously review and improve technical skills through ongoing education and training.
  11. Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals to provide a positive and seamless experience.
  12. Collaborate with the radiology team to ensure efficient and timely patient flow.
  13. Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure proper maintenance of equipment.
  14. Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures, including those related to patient confidentiality and privacy.
  15. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and departmental processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Current Certification From The American Registry Of Radiologic Technologists (Arrt) In Magnetic Resonance Imaging (Mri)

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As An Mri Technologist In A Hospital Or Clinical Setting

  • Proficiency In Operating And Troubleshooting Mri Equipment, Including Knowledge Of Contrast Administration And Patient Positioning Techniques

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Patients, Physicians, And Other Healthcare Professionals

  • Familiarity With Radiology Safety Protocols And Hipaa Regulations, With A Strong Commitment To Patient Confidentiality And Safety.
