- Perform high-quality MRI scans on patients in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all procedures performed.
- Monitor patient safety during MRI scans and respond appropriately to any adverse reactions or complications.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely interpretation of MRI images.
- Continuously assess and maintain the functionality and safety of MRI equipment.
- Educate patients about the MRI procedure and address any questions or concerns.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
- Keep up-to-date with advancements and changes in MRI technology and procedures.
- Provide exceptional patient care by demonstrating compassion, empathy, and respect towards all patients.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team to provide a seamless and efficient patient experience.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and uphold the values and mission of Kaiser Permanente.
- Complete and submit accurate billing and coding information for all procedures.
- Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives to ensure the highest standard of care.
- Adhere to all departmental and organizational policies and procedures.
Bachelor's Degree In Radiologic Technology Or Related Field
Arrt (American Registry Of Radiologic Technologists) Certification In Mri
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working As An Mri Technologist In A Clinical Setting
Strong Understanding Of Mri Safety Protocols And Procedures
Excellent Communication And Patient Care Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.
