
MRI Technologist
We are looking for an experienced, compassionate MRI Technologist to join the Kaiser Permanente team. In this role, you will use state-of-the-art imaging equipment to capture and interpret MRI scans of our patients. The ideal candidate is an experienced technologist who is committed to providing quality patient care in a team-oriented environment. To be successful in this role, you must possess a minimum of an Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology and a minimum of two years of experience in MRI. You must also have a current certification in MRI Technology from the ARRT and be registered in the state of California. You should also have excellent communication and organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to work independently. A passion for patient care, along with a commitment to providing the highest quality care, is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Operate MRI imaging equipment to capture and interpret MRI scans of patients.
- Provide quality patient care in a team-oriented environment.
- Maintain current certification in MRI Technology from the ARRT and registration in the state of California.
- Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other medical professionals.
- Ensure accuracy in all MRI scans.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Follow established protocols and safety procedures.
- Remain current on the latest MRI technology.
- Troubleshoot any issues with the MRI equipment.
- Provide assistance and guidance to other MRI Technologists as needed.
