Monitor Technician

We are looking for an experienced Monitor Technician to join our Kaiser Permanente team! As a Monitor Technician, you will be responsible for monitoring patient rhythms and tracking patient progress. Responsibilities of a Monitor Technician:

-Monitor patient rhythms and track patient progress. -Record and document patient information accurately and in a timely manner. -Interpret and communicate relevant patient information to medical personnel. -Provide patient education on cardiac rhythms and other related medical topics. -Provide emotional support to patients and their families during times of distress. -Maintain a clean and safe environment in the patient monitoring area. -Utilize specialized medical equipment and technologies to monitor patient rhythms. -Remain up to date on all relevant regulations and protocols pertaining to patient monitoring. -Provide feedback to medical staff on patient progress. -Assist medical personnel in emergency situations.
