
Member Experience Receptionist -Bilingual Spanish

- Greet and welcome members and visitors in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
- Serve as the first point of contact for all members, answering inquiries and providing information about services and programs offered by Kaiser Permanente.
- Communicate effectively with members and visitors, both in English and Spanish, to ensure a positive and welcoming experience.
- Manage and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication to the appropriate departments and personnel.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Kaiser Permanente's policies, procedures, and services to effectively assist members and visitors.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for members, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized at all times.
