  1. Greet and welcome members and guests as they enter the facility.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and directing members to the appropriate resources.
  3. Maintain a friendly and welcoming demeanor at all times.
  4. Multitask efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Ensure that all members are checked in and assisted in a timely manner.
  6. Answer phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate departments.
  7. Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar.
  8. Keep the reception area clean and organized.
  9. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
  10. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive experience for members.
  11. Stay up-to-date on Kaiser Permanente's services, policies, and procedures.
  12. Address and resolve any member complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
  13. Serve as a brand ambassador for Kaiser Permanente by promoting our mission and values.
  14. Continuously strive to improve the member experience by seeking out and implementing feedback.
  15. Maintain confidentiality of all member information.
