- Educate patients on procedures, treatments, and medications as needed.

- Assist with insurance verification and billing processes.
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment, restocking as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and infection control protocols.
- Attend training and educational sessions to maintain current knowledge and skills.
- Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed.
Certification: A Medical Assistant- Neurology At Kaiser Permanente Should Have A Current And Valid Certification As A Medical Assistant From An Accredited Program. This Ensures That The Individual Has Received Proper Training And Is Capable Of Performing The Necessary Tasks In A Neurology Setting.
