Responsibilities:

1. Assist medical staff with patient care, including taking vital signs, height and weight measurements, and medical histories.
2. Prepare exam and treatment rooms with necessary supplies and equipment.
3. Assist in the administration of medications and injections.
4. Schedule patient appointments and maintain patient records in accordance with medical office compliance standards.
5. Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
6. Handle phone calls from patients and other medical personnel.
7. Maintain a clean and organized medical office environment.
8. Perform laboratory tests and other clinical duties as needed.
9. Respond to patient questions and provide necessary information.
10. Follow all safety protocols and infection control procedures.
