Manager - Utilization Management

We’re looking for an experienced, collaborative, and organized Manager - Utilization Management to join our team at Kaiser Permanente. To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Health Care Administration, Business, or related field, as well as a minimum of 5 years’ experience in utilization management, case management, or medical management and a valid license to practice nursing in the state of California. You must also have strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work with minimal supervision. In this role, you will be responsible for managing utilization management operations, overseeing utilization management programs and staff, and providing consultation to other departments. You will also be responsible for ensuring that quality standards are met and that utilization management processes are in compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulations.
