  2. Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of supply chain processes.
  4. Monitor inventory levels, anticipating and addressing potential supply shortages or excesses.
  5. Oversee purchasing and procurement activities to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of necessary supplies.
  6. Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best terms and pricing for the organization.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, fostering partnerships and promoting mutual growth and success.
  8. Monitor compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices related to supply chain management.
  9. Manage and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
  10. Prepare and present reports and updates on supply chain performance to senior leadership.
  11. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain function.
  12. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement strategies for mitigating supply chain risks.
  13. Stay current on industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  14. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate communication regarding supply chain activities and updates.
  15. Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for supply chain related inquiries and issues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Pharmaceutical Setting.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Supply Chain Professionals.

  • Knowledge Of Supply Chain Best Practices, Including Inventory Management, Procurement, And Logistics.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Vendors.
