  1. Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness of procurement, inventory management, and distribution processes.
  2. Oversee daily supply chain operations and ensure timely and accurate delivery of medical supplies to healthcare facilities.
  3. Monitor and analyze supply chain metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast supply needs and develop supply plans to meet them.

  10. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to address any supply chain issues or concerns.
  11. Monitor market trends and developments to identify potential risks and opportunities for the supply chain.
  12. Develop and manage budgets for supply chain operations and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  13. Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into the supply chain processes.
  14. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the supply chain team.
  15. Represent the organization in supply chain-related meetings and conferences.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Supply Chain Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Supply Chain Processes, Logistics, And Inventory Management.

  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Problem-Solving Skills.
