We’re looking for an experienced IT Support Manager, Desktop to join our team at Kaiser Permanente. This role will be responsible for leading and managing a team responsible for providing end-user technical support and service. The ideal candidate will have a customer-service focus and be comfortable troubleshooting a wide range of technical issues.
