We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented IT Support Manager with a customer-centric mindset to join our team at Kaiser Permanente. The Manager IT Support, Desktop will be responsible for leading a team that provides technical support for desktops and other end user computing devices.The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of desktop support, possess strong problem solving and technical troubleshooting skills, and have a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of IT Support staff who provide technical support for desktops and other end user computing devices.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Monitor and review customer feedback and requests to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues, and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth operation and delivery of services.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure the team is meeting customer needs and expectations.
- Establish and monitor performance metrics to ensure quality service delivery.
- Stay up to date on changes and trends in the IT industry.
- Lead team meetings and provide ongoing training and guidance to staff.
- Evaluate requests for new services and determine if they are feasible.
