  1. Oversee and manage the actuarial services team to ensure accurate and timely completion of all actuarial analysis and reporting.
  2. Develop and implement actuarial strategies to support the financial stability and growth of the organization.
  3. Provide guidance and support to other departments in understanding and utilizing actuarial data and analysis.
  4. Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and make recommendations for improving the financial performance of the organization.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement new products and services, ensuring their financial viability.
  6. Monitor and analyze changes in regulatory and industry guidelines to ensure compliance and adapt actuarial strategies accordingly.
  7. Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior management and other stakeholders, communicating complex actuarial concepts in an understandable manner.
  8. Lead and mentor the actuarial team, providing guidance and support for their professional development and growth.
  9. Continuously review and improve actuarial processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  10. Collaborate with external partners, such as insurance providers and government agencies, to negotiate and secure favorable rates and contracts.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Actuarial Work, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Communicate Complex Data And Statistical Models.

  • Experience With Actuarial Software Such As Sas, R, Or Python, As Well As Proficiency In Microsoft Excel.

  • Demonstrated Leadership And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Effectively Manage A Team Of Actuarial Professionals.
