
Manager, Account Management

- Develop and implement strategies to maintain and enhance relationships with key accounts.
- Oversee a team of account managers and provide guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets and goals.
- Act as the main point of contact for key accounts and handle any escalations or issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of services to key accounts.
- Conduct regular account reviews to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and stay updated on industry trends and changes.
- Monitor and analyze account performance metrics to identify areas of strength and opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the organization and external partners.
- Stay updated on competitor activities and market trends to inform account management strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
- Train and onboard new account managers, providing them with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Kaiser Permanente, promoting our mission and values to clients and external partners.
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior management, to provide updates on account performance and initiatives.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Account Management Or Customer Relationship Management.
Strong Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry And Understanding Of Health Insurance Plans.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Proven Leadership And Team Management Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Guide A Team Towards Goals And Objectives.
