Manager, 24/7 Urgent Care

We’re looking for an experienced and organized Manager to join our 24/7 Urgent Care team at Kaiser Permanente. In this critical role, you’ll be responsible for leading and overseeing all operations of the 24/7 Urgent Care facility. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, a team player, and is passionate about providing superior patient care. To be successful in this role, you must have at least five years of management experience in a health care setting, and be detail-oriented with effective problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage all operations of the 24/7 Urgent Care facility.
2. Ensure superior patient care is provided.
3. Manage staff and oversee day-to-day operations.
4. Develop and implement operational plans and strategies to meet goals.
5. Monitor and evaluate performance and take corrective action as needed.
6. Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, staff, and other stakeholders.
7. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
8. Prepare and manage the facility budget.
9. Address patient complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
10. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and advancements.
