- Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in accordance with Kaiser Permanente's mission.
- Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.
- Utilize clinical expertise to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care under the direction of a registered nurse.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician or registered nurse.
- Monitor and assess patient's physical and mental status, report any changes to the registered nurse.
- Assist with procedures and treatments, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures, including infection control and safety protocols.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance clinical skills.
- Demonstrate a commitment to excellence and a strong desire to contribute to the organization's mission.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Serve as a patient advocate, ensuring their needs are met and their rights are respected.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Bls Certification
Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field
Current Lvn Licensure In The State Where The Job Is Located
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As An Lvn In A Hospital Or Clinical Setting
