  1. Provide exceptional patient care: The LVN II will be responsible for delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  2. Utilize specialized skills and knowledge: The LVN II will utilize their specialized skills and knowledge to assess patients, administer medications and treatments, and provide nursing care in accordance with best practices and facility protocols.
  3. Collaborate with healthcare team: The LVN II will work closely with physicians, registered nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  4. Maintain accurate records: The LVN II will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting all care provided and any changes in a patient's condition.
  5. Monitor and report patient progress: The LVN II will regularly monitor and assess patient progress, report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team, and make necessary adjustments to care plans.
  6. Educate patients and families: The LVN II will educate patients and their families about their condition, treatment plans, and self-care techniques to promote overall health and well-being.
  7. Adhere to safety and infection control protocols: The LVN II will follow all safety and infection control protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
  8. Keep current with industry standards: The LVN II will stay up-to-date with industry standards, best practices, and new developments in nursing to provide the highest quality of care.
  9. Continuously improve processes: The LVN II will actively participate in quality improvement initiatives, providing feedback and suggestions to improve processes and enhance patient care.
  10. Uphold Kaiser Permanente's mission: The LVN II will represent Kaiser Permanente's mission and values by providing patient-centered care, promoting a positive work culture, and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Current Bls Certification
