5. Perform routine and specialized urological procedures, such as catheterization and bladder irrigation.
6. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical history, vital signs, and test results.
7. Monitor and assess patient progress, and report any changes or concerns to the physician.
8. Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and surgeries, ensuring a safe and sterile environment.
9. Order and maintain necessary medical supplies and equipment for the urology department.
10. Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and continuing education to stay updated on urological advancements and best practices.
11. Adhere to all healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures, ensuring patient confidentiality at all times.
12. Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families during challenging times.
