Job Qualifications
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (Lpn) Certification: The Candidate Must Hold A Valid Lpn License In The State Of Employment.

  • Specialized Training In Urology: The Candidate Must Have Completed Specialized Training In Urology Nursing, Including Knowledge Of Common Urological Conditions, Procedures, And Treatments.

  • Experience In Urology Nursing: The Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience Working As An Lpn In A Urology Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Or Clinic.

  • Knowledge Of Electronic Medical Records (Emr): The Candidate Should Have Experience Working With Emr Systems, As Kaiser Permanente Utilizes Electronic Medical Records For Patient Care.

  • Strong Communication And Teamwork Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, As They Will Be Working Closely With Other Healthcare Professionals, Patients, And Their Families In A Fast-Paced Environment.
