Valid Lpn License: The Candidate Must Possess A Current And Valid Lpn License In The State Where The Kaiser Permanente Urgent Care Facility Is Located.
Minimum Education And Experience: The Candidate Should Have A Diploma Or Degree From An Accredited Nursing Program And Preferably Have A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience Working In An Urgent Care Or Similar Clinical Setting.
Cpr Certification: The Candidate Must Be Certified In Basic Life Support (Bls) And Have Current Cpr Certification.
Knowledge Of Urgent Care Practices: Candidates Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Urgent Care Practices And Procedures, Including Triage, Medication Administration, And Patient Assessment.
Strong Communication And Critical Thinking Skills: Lpns Working In Urgent Care Settings Need To Have Excellent Communication Skills And Be Able To Think Quickly On Their Feet To Provide Quality Care To Patients In A Fast-Paced Environment.
