Requirements:- Active LPN license in the state- Minimum of 1 year experience in an acute care or urgent care setting- Current BLS certification- Strong communication and critical thinking skills- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Provide high-quality and compassionate healthcare to patients in the Urgent Care department.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Utilize critical thinking skills to assess and prioritize patient needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and other relevant information.
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and treatments.

- Keep current with industry trends and best practices.

Current Lpn License: Applicants Must Have A Valid And Current Lpn License In The State Where The Job Is Located.
Previous Experience In Urgent Care Settings: Kaiser Permanente Is Seeking Candidates With At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience Working In An Urgent Care Or Emergency Department Setting.
Cpr Certification: All Applicants Must Be Certified In Cpr By The American Heart Association Or American Red Cross.
Strong Communication Skills: The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Team Members Is Essential For This Role.
Knowledge Of Electronic Medical Record Systems: Familiarity With Emr Systems, Such As Epic, Is Preferred As This Will Be The Primary Method Of Documenting Patient Care And Managing Records.
