- Assist physicians and other healthcare providers in patient examinations and procedures.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical history.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures, disease prevention, and self-care techniques.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to maintain a safe and clean healthcare environment.

Valid Lpn License: Candidates Must Possess A Current And Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (Lpn) License In The State Where The Position Is Located.
Relevant Education And Experience: A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Is Required, Along With Completion Of An Accredited Lpn Program. Previous Experience In A Healthcare Setting Is Also Preferred.
Strong Clinical Skills: Candidates Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Nursing Concepts And Principles, As Well As Practical Skills Such As Administering Medications, Performing Basic Medical Procedures, And Managing Patient Care.
Excellent Communication And Teamwork: The Ability To Communicate Effectively With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Team Members Is Essential. Lpns At Kaiser Permanente Must Also Be Able To Work Collaboratively With Other Members Of The Care Team.
