  1. Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established standards and protocols.
  2. Assist physicians and other healthcare providers in patient examinations and procedures.
  3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
  4. Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical history.
  5. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  6. Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures, disease prevention, and self-care techniques.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  8. Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to maintain a safe and clean healthcare environment.
  9. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  10. Participate in continuing education and training to maintain and improve clinical skills and knowledge.
  11. Demonstrate professionalism and compassion in all interactions with patients and their families.
  12. Follow all organizational policies and procedures, including HIPAA regulations.
  13. Act as an advocate for patients and ensure their needs and concerns are addressed.
  14. Contribute to the overall success of the healthcare team by actively participating in team meetings and providing feedback for process improvement.
  15. Maintain a positive attitude and a high level of commitment to providing exceptional healthcare services.

Job Qualifications
  • Valid Lpn License: Candidates Must Possess A Current And Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (Lpn) License In The State Where The Position Is Located.

  • Relevant Education And Experience: A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Is Required, Along With Completion Of An Accredited Lpn Program. Previous Experience In A Healthcare Setting Is Also Preferred.

  • Strong Clinical Skills: Candidates Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Nursing Concepts And Principles, As Well As Practical Skills Such As Administering Medications, Performing Basic Medical Procedures, And Managing Patient Care.

  • Excellent Communication And Teamwork: The Ability To Communicate Effectively With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Team Members Is Essential. Lpns At Kaiser Permanente Must Also Be Able To Work Collaboratively With Other Members Of The Care Team.
