Job Qualifications
  • Active Lpn License In The State Of Employment: The Candidate Must Possess A Valid And Current Lpn License In The State Where The Job Is Located. This Ensures That The Nurse Has Met All The Requirements And Standards Set By The State's Board Of Nursing.

  • Knowledge Of Medicare And Medicaid Guidelines: As A Provider Of Home Health Care Services, Kaiser Permanente Follows Strict Guidelines Set By Medicare And Medicaid. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of These Guidelines To Ensure Compliance And Accurate Documentation.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Patients, Their Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals. This Is Crucial In Providing Compassionate And Patient-Centered Care.
