  4. Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for patients.

  10. Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and other professional development opportunities.
  11. Maintain confidentiality and privacy of patient information.
  12. Serve as an advocate for patients, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care.
  13. Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Counseling Or Clinical Psychology From An Accredited University.

  • Current State Licensure As A Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Lmft, Lpc, Lcsw, Etc.).

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Providing Therapy Services, Preferably With A Focus On Evidence-Based, Specialized Therapy Modalities Such As Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (Cbt), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (Dbt), Or Eye Movement Desensitization And Reprocessing (Emdr).

  • Knowledge Of And Experience Working With A Diverse Range Of Mental Health Conditions, Including But Not Limited To Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, And Personality Disorders.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, As Well As The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team Of Healthcare Professionals.
