Licensed Mental Health Therapist

In this role, you will provide comprehensive mental health services, including assessments, individual, group, and family psychotherapy, to a diverse population of patients. The ideal candidate for this position will have a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, and be licensed or license-eligible in the state of California. Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive mental health services, including assessments, individual, group, and family psychotherapy, to a diverse population of patients.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with patients and their families to ensure quality care.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with state and federal regulations.
4. Utilize evidence-based interventions and therapeutic techniques to meet the needs of each patient.
5. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare staff to coordinate patient care.
6. Develop individualized treatment plans and goals for each patient.
7. Provide crisis intervention and counseling services to patients in need.
8. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
9. Remain current on best practices and new developments in the field of mental health.
10. Adhere to ethical standards and professional codes of conduct.
