  1. Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with patients using evidence-based practices.
  2. Collaborate with other mental health professionals and medical providers to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
  3. Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses of mental health disorders.
  4. Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  6. Provide crisis intervention and support to patients in acute situations.
  7. Stay informed on current research and best practices in the field of mental health.
  8. Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and sensitivity towards patients and their families.
  9. Educate patients and their families on mental health issues and treatment options.
  10. Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all aspects of patient care.
  11. Participate in team meetings and case conferences to discuss patient care and collaborate on treatment plans.
  12. Conduct outreach and education activities in the community to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma.
  13. Comply with all organizational policies and procedures.
  14. Continuously strive to improve patient outcomes and the quality of care provided.
  15. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards colleagues, patients, and their families.
  16. Attend ongoing trainings and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

  18. Effectively communicate and collaborate with patients from diverse backgrounds.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Or A Related Field From An Accredited Institution.

  • Active Licensure As A Licensed Mental Health Professional (Lmhp) In The State Where The Job Is Located.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Post-Graduate Clinical Experience In A Mental Health Setting, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Managed Care Setting.

  • Demonstrated Knowledge And Experience In Evidence-Based Treatment Modalities, Such As Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, And Solution-Focused Therapy.

  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team And Provide Culturally Sensitive Care To Diverse Populations.
