Masters Mental Health Prof. Adult and Child Eating Disorder. To excel in this role, candidates must possess a Lic. Masters in Mental Health and have experience in treating eating disorders in both adults and children.   1. Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with eating disorders to determine appropriate treatment plans.
  2. Utilize evidence-based practices to provide individualized treatment for patients with eating disorders.
  3. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans that address both physical and psychological aspects of eating disorders.
  4. Monitor and assess patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  5. Provide support and education to patients and their families about eating disorders, treatment options, and coping strategies.
  6. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions.
  7. Stay up-to-date on current research and best practices in the treatment of eating disorders.
  8. Participate in team meetings and case conferences to discuss treatment approaches and patient progress.
  9. Adhere to ethical and legal standards in patient care and confidentiality.
  10. Serve as a resource and advocate for patients and their families in navigating treatment options and accessing additional support services.
  11. Collaborate with community resources and organizations to provide comprehensive care for patients with eating disorders.
  12. Attend trainings and conferences to enhance professional development and maintain licensure.
  13. Demonstrate sensitivity and cultural competence in working with diverse patient populations.
  14. Uphold the values and mission of Kaiser Permanente in all aspects of patient care and interaction with colleagues.
  15. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Mental Health Counseling Or A Related Field, With A Focus On Adult And Child Eating Disorders.

  • Licensure As A Mental Health Professional In The State Of Practice.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience Providing Mental Health Services, With Specific Experience In Treating Eating Disorders.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Evidence-Based Treatments For Eating Disorders, Including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy And Family-Based Therapy.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work With A Multidisciplinary Team To Provide Comprehensive Care To Patients.
