  1. Perform laboratory tests and procedures accurately and efficiently.
  2. Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment as needed.
  3. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  4. Accurately record and document test results and maintain patient records.
  5. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely test results.
  6. Follow established laboratory policies and procedures to ensure quality control and accuracy.
  7. Continuously monitor and track inventory levels of laboratory supplies.
  8. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on industry advancements and best practices.
  9. Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and superiors to provide excellent customer service.
  10. Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
  11. Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise and escalate as necessary.
  12. Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  13. Continuously seek ways to improve efficiency and productivity in laboratory operations.
  14. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree In A Scientific Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Medical Technology.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience Working In A Laboratory Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Laboratory Procedures And Equipment, Including Maintenance And Troubleshooting.

  • Familiarity With Clia And Other Regulatory Requirements For Laboratory Testing.

  • Strong Attention To Detail, Organization, And Ability To Accurately Record And Analyze Data.
