They Should Also Be Familiar With Troubleshooting Common Issues And Providing User Support.
Technical Proficiency: This Position Requires A High Level Of Technical Proficiency, Including Knowledge Of Hardware, Software, And Networking. The It Support Technician Should Be Able To Troubleshoot And Resolve Issues Related To Computers, Printers, Servers, And Other It Equipment.
