Intern- Pharmacist

Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent pharmacy services for Kaiser Permanente patients.
2. Maintain a valid intern pharmacist license.
3. Manage retail pharmacy operations, including drug inventory, customer service, and prescription processing.
4. Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and healthcare providers.
5. Demonstrate a strong knowledge of prescription drug products and medication safety standards.
6. Maintain accurate and organized records of patient medication and prescription orders.
7. Adhere to state and federal regulations regarding the practice of pharmacy.
8. Assist with training and onboarding of new pharmacy staff.
9. Participate in quality assurance initiatives to ensure safe and effective pharmacy services.
10. Stay up-to-date on new developments in the field of pharmacy and medications.
