
Instrument Technician
We are looking for an experienced and efficient Instrument Technician to join our team at Kaiser Permanente. This position is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, repairs and calibrations of medical and laboratory instrumentation. The ideal candidate will be organized and detail-oriented, with a strong customer focus and technical expertise in a range of medical and laboratory instrumentation. Qualifications:• Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field preferred• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in the medical instrumentation field• Expertise in medical and laboratory instrumentation maintenance and repair• Comprehensive knowledge of preventive maintenance and calibration procedures• Exceptional customer service and communication skills• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple assignments• Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical instructions and documents
High School Diploma Or Equivalent
