  1. Coordinate and manage the care of inpatient psychiatric patients, ensuring they receive appropriate and timely treatment.
  2. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
  3. Conduct thorough assessments of patients' mental health needs and develop discharge plans to facilitate a smooth transition to outpatient care.
  4. Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and healthcare providers to ensure all parties are informed and involved in the treatment process.
  5. Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  6. Ensure all documentation and records are accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory standards.
  7. Advocate for patients' needs and rights, while also promoting a safe and therapeutic environment.
  8. Facilitate referrals to community resources and support services to meet patients' ongoing mental health needs.
  9. Stay current on best practices and industry standards in mental health care.
  10. Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and cultural sensitivity when working with patients from diverse backgrounds.
  11. Maintain confidentiality and respect for patient privacy at all times.
  12. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.
  13. Participate in team meetings, trainings, and quality improvement initiatives.
  14. Handle crisis situations calmly and effectively, following established protocols.
  15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Social Work, Psychology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In A Mental Health Or Psychiatric Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Psychiatric Diagnoses, Treatment Plans, And Evidence-Based Interventions.

  • Ability To Effectively Assess And Manage High-Risk Psychiatric Patients.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills To Work With Interdisciplinary Teams And Community Resources.
