  1. Coordinate and manage the care of patients receiving inpatient psychiatric care.
  2. Utilize strong clinical skills to assess and evaluate patients' psychiatric needs.
  3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to create and implement individualized treatment plans.
  4. Advocate for patients and ensure their needs are met during their stay.
  5. Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and caregivers.
  6. Conduct regular patient assessments and provide ongoing support and guidance.
  7. Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
  8. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members regarding patient care.
  9. Demonstrate a compassionate and empathetic approach towards patients with mental health needs.
  10. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
  11. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
  12. Participate in ongoing education and training to stay updated on best practices in psychiatric care.
  13. Serve as a resource for colleagues and provide support and guidance as needed.
  14. Act as an advocate for mental health awareness and work towards reducing stigma surrounding mental illness.
  15. Continuously strive to improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall patient experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Social Work, Psychology, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Mental Health Or Psychiatric Setting

  • Knowledge Of Mental Health Diagnoses And Treatment Options

  • Experience With Case Management And Developing Treatment Plans

  • Strong Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With A Multidisciplinary Team
