Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Social Work, Psychology, Or Related Field.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Mental Health Diagnoses, Treatment Options, And Community Resources.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Mental Health Setting, Preferably In An Inpatient Psychiatric Facility.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Patients, Families, And Interdisciplinary Treatment Team.
Ability To Manage A High Caseload And Prioritize Tasks In A Fast-Paced Environment.
