  1. Coordinate and manage the care for patients receiving inpatient psychiatric treatment.
  2. Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
  3. Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to care plans as needed.
  4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality and continuity of care.
  5. Utilize evidence-based practices and treatment modalities to provide effective care.
  6. Advocate for patient needs and ensure their rights are respected.
  7. Educate patients and their families about mental health disorders and treatment options.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with community resources to support patients' discharge plans.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Social Work, Psychology, Or Related Field.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Mental Health Diagnoses, Treatment Options, And Community Resources.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Mental Health Setting, Preferably In An Inpatient Psychiatric Facility.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Patients, Families, And Interdisciplinary Treatment Team.

  • Ability To Manage A High Caseload And Prioritize Tasks In A Fast-Paced Environment.
