Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Social Work, Psychology, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Clinical Or Case Management Role In A Psychiatric Setting.
Knowledge Of Mental Health Diagnoses, Treatment Modalities, And Community Resources.
Experience With Electronic Medical Records And Proficiency In Documenting Patient Progress And Treatment Plans.
