Active Pharmacist License In The State Of Employment.
Bachelor's Degree In Pharmacy Or Doctor Of Pharmacy (Pharmd) From An Accredited Institution.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Hospital Or Inpatient Pharmacy Setting.
Knowledge Of Hospital Formularies, Medication Dispensing Systems, And Pharmacy Laws And Regulations.
Strong Clinical Skills And Ability To Collaborate With Interdisciplinary Teams To Provide Optimal Patient Care.
