Job Qualifications
  • Doctor Of Pharmacy (Pharm.d.) Degree From An Accredited Pharmacy School

  • Active And Unrestricted Pharmacist License In The State Of Employment

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In An Inpatient Pharmacy Setting

  • Strong Knowledge Of Medication Therapy Management And Ability To Interpret Physician Orders

  • Familiarity With Electronic Medical Record Systems And Clinical Decision Support Tools.
