- Develop and implement innovative human resource strategies to support the overall goals and objectives of Kaiser Permanente.
- Oversee the design, development, and management of employee benefits programs, ensuring they are comprehensive, competitive, and aligned with company values.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate current benefits offerings and make recommendations for improvement or enhancement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in human resources and benefits management to continuously improve our programs and strategies.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on human resources and benefits policies, procedures, and regulations, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
- Conduct regular analysis and reporting on the effectiveness and utilization of benefits programs, making data-driven recommendations for adjustments as needed.
- Develop and manage the annual benefits budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
- Work closely with senior leadership to align human resource strategies and benefits programs with the company's overall mission and goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of human resource professionals to support the development and implementation of human resource strategies and benefits programs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment where employees feel valued, supported, and engaged.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to human resources and benefits, staying informed of any changes and communicating updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Participate in the recruitment and hiring process for human resource and benefits positions, ensuring the team is staffed with top talent.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing any concerns or issues related to human resources and benefits.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality benefits programs and services.
- Continuously evaluate and improve our human resource and benefits processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, With A Focus On Benefits Strategy Design And Implementation.
Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Related To Employee Benefits, Such As Erisa, Aca, And Hipaa.
Previous Experience Working In The Healthcare Industry, Preferably At A Large Organization Like Kaiser Permanente.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Communicate Complex Benefits Information To Employees At All Levels.
