Home Health Aide

As a Home Health Aide, you will be responsible for providing assistance with activities of daily living, light housekeeping, and meal preparation.We are seeking individuals who have a passion for helping others and possess the following qualifications: a high school diploma or GED, experience in a home health setting, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. In addition, excellent communication and organizational skills, along with computer proficiency, are highly desired.

Responsibilities for Home Health Aide:

1. Assist members with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
2. Provide light housekeeping services, including dusting, vacuuming, and laundry.
3. Prepare meals and ensure that they are eaten in accordance with dietary guidelines.
4. Communicate effectively with members, family members, and other healthcare providers.
5. Monitor members’ vital signs and overall health.
6. Administer medication and other treatments as prescribed.
7. Document patient care in accordance with healthcare policies and procedures.
8. Maintain a safe and clean environment at the members’ home.
9. Assist in arranging for transportation for members to medical appointments.
10. Educate family members on caregiving techniques and other related topics.
