1. Conduct genetic risk assessments for individuals and families, utilizing the latest research and technology to provide accurate and comprehensive information.

7. Facilitate genetic testing and coordinate follow-up care, including referrals to appropriate specialists.
8. Document all patient interactions and maintain accurate and confidential records.
9. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences to discuss patient care and provide expertise on genetic issues.
10. Act as a resource for colleagues and other healthcare professionals regarding genetic counseling and testing.
