  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data from various sources to inform forecasting and decision-making processes.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market changes to ensure accurate and relevant forecasting.
  5. Develop and implement new forecasting processes and methodologies to continuously improve accuracy and efficiency.
  6. Provide strategic recommendations based on forecasting results to inform business strategies and decision-making.
  7. Communicate complex forecasting concepts and results to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  8. Utilize actuarial knowledge and understanding of healthcare economics to provide insights and recommendations for cost-saving initiatives.
  9. Conduct sensitivity analysis and scenario planning to assess potential risks and opportunities.
  10. Maintain and update data sets and ensure data integrity for accurate forecasting.
  11. Collaborate with other actuarial analysts and data scientists to share best practices and improve forecasting techniques.
  12. Adhere to industry regulations and compliance standards in all forecasting processes.
  13. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of forecasting models and make adjustments as needed.
  14. Participate in training and development opportunities to stay current with industry trends and advancements in forecasting techniques.
  15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting innovation and continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Actuarial Analysis And Forecasting, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Proficiency In Statistical Software Such As Sas, R, Or Python.

  • Knowledge Of Actuarial Principles, Methods, And Practices, Including Experience With Actuarial Models And Databases.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Concepts And Findings To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
