Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Planning & Analyst to join the team at Kaiser Permanente. The ideal candidate will have a degree in finance or a related field and a minimum of three years of experience in financial planning and analysis. This individual should have excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills and be able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.   1. Analyze financial data and create accurate financial plans and budgets.
  2. Monitor financial performance and provide regular reports to management.
  3. Develop financial models and scenarios to inform decision-making.
  4. Identify areas of potential cost savings and revenue enhancement.
  5. Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Utilize financial software to generate reports and forecasts.
  7. Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  8. Evaluate financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  9. Assist in the preparation of presentations for executive management.
  10. Provide technical support and guidance to other departments.
