Job Description

Kaiser Permanente is looking for an experienced Financial Planning & Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving financial performance, providing insights into financial trends and advising on key financial decisions.We require a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 5+ years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, and advanced knowledge of financial modeling techniques. The ideal candidate will also have a proven track record of excellence in financial analysis and forecasting, and the ability to communicate complex financial ideas clearly and effectively.We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and has excellent problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will be a strong team player, with the ability to work independently and take initiative. Above all, we are looking for someone with a passion for financial planning and analysis, and a commitment to helping Kaiser Permanente achieve success.

Responsibilities: • Drive financial performance, providing insights into financial trends and advising on key financial decisions • Develop and implement financial models and analysis to support decision-making • Analyze financial data and develop forecasts and budgets • Monitor and report financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement • Evaluate financial strategies and recommend changes to improve efficiency • Communicate complex financial ideas clearly and effectively • Support the preparation of financial statements and other financial documents • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders • Monitor industry trends and make recommendations accordingly • Remain up-to-date on relevant financial regulations and laws
