Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Maintenance And Repair Of Commercial Buildings, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Knowledge Of Building Codes, Regulations, And Safety Standards.
Strong Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills.
