This individual should have a deep understanding of the industry, the challenges of technology transformation, and be highly organized and motivated.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, as well as at least 10 years’ experience in technology strategy, transformation, and operations in a large, complex organization. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategies to drive the growth of Kaiser Permanente’s technology capabilities.
2. Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and challenges related to technology transformation.
3. Lead and manage technology teams and projects.
4. Establish and maintain strong relationships and effective communication with internal stakeholders.
5. Oversee budgets and resources related to technology initiatives.
6. Monitor and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement.
7. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of technology operations.
8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure technology projects are completed on time and within budget.
9. Develop and implement strategies to maintain and improve security of data and systems.
