Kaiser Permanente is looking for an experienced Executive Director, Sports Sponsorships & Strategic Partnerships to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of professionals responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with strategic partners in the sports industry. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of success.The Executive Director, Sports Sponsorships & Strategic Partnerships will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sponsorship strategy to promote Kaiser Permanente’s brand and business objectives. The successful candidate will be an experienced leader who is able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and drive positive results.The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field• At least 5 years of experience in sports marketing, sponsorship sales, and/or strategic partnerships• Proven success in developing and executing comprehensive sponsorship strategies• Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders• Highly organized and detail-orientedIf you possess the required qualifications and are passionate about building meaningful relationships and creating meaningful sponsorship opportunities, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity and join our team!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sponsorship strategy to promote Kaiser Permanente’s brand and business objectives.
  2. Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Develop innovative solutions to drive positive results.
  4. Create meaningful sponsorship opportunities.
  5. Monitor and evaluate existing sponsorship programs.
  6. Provide leadership and guidance to the team of professionals responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with strategic partners in the sports industry.
  7. Implement best practices for identifying and securing new sponsorship opportunities.
  8. Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
  9. Identify potential areas of improvement and execute strategic initiatives to drive growth.
  10. Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and reports for sponsorship programs.
