- Develop and implement an overall HR strategy for Kaiser Permanente that aligns with the company's mission and values.
- Lead the design and implementation of learning and development programs that support the organization's goals and objectives.
- Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to identify key talent development needs and create strategies to address them.
- Oversee the development and delivery of leadership development programs for all levels of the organization.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to HR and learning and development.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external training and development partners to enhance employee learning opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of HR and learning and development initiatives, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
- Lead the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with HR team members to ensure consistent communication and alignment of HR strategies across the organization.
- Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in HR, learning, and development to continuously improve programs and initiatives.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure the success of HR and learning and development initiatives.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field. A Master's Degree Is Preferred.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Hr Leadership Roles, With A Focus On Strategy, Learning, And Development.
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Principles, Practices, And Laws, As Well As Current Trends And Best Practices In The Field.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Hr Strategies, Programs, And Initiatives.
Excellent Communication, Collaboration, And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Develop A Team.
