4. Identify areas of improvement in employee engagement and develop plans to address those issues.
5. Conduct research and best practice reviews to ensure Kaiser Permanente’s employee engagement strategies are effective.
6. Lead employee engagement initiatives and activities, such as focus groups, employee surveys, and other activities.
7. Create and manage employee engagement programs.
8. Monitor employee feedback and develop strategies to improve employee engagement.
9. Foster a positive and productive work environment.
10. Promote Kaiser Permanente’s mission and values.
