Kaiser Permanente is seeking an experienced and compassionate Emergency Room RN to join our team. Our Emergency Room RNs play an essential role in providing quality care to our patients in their time of need. The Emergency Room RN must possess a current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice, and have at least two years of experience working in the emergency room setting. Additional qualifications include knowledge of emergency nursing care, the ability to multi-task and prioritize, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality care to patients in the emergency room.
- Maintain current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Remain calm under pressure and be able to multi-task and prioritize.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical history.
- Administer medications, treatments, and other procedures as needed.
- Educate patients and family members about medical conditions and treatments.
- Collaborate with other Emergency Room staff members to ensure quality patient care.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Current Cpr Certification
Ability To Provide Compassionate Care To Patients.
Possess Current Rn License
Bsn Or Higher Degree In Nursing Or Equivalent Experience
Minimum Of Two Years' Experience In An Emergency/Critical Care Setting
